Age & access
Cannabis products offered by Boss Dog Buds are for adults 21 years of age or older, or 18+ with a valid California medical marijuana ID card, in accordance with California Business & Professions Code Division 10.
All purchases require valid, government-issued photo ID at the point of sale. Cannabis products are not shipped or delivered outside of California.
Licensing
Boss Dog Buds partners with fully licensed California cultivators, manufacturers, and distributors regulated by the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC).
License numbers are printed on product packaging and available on request. All product transported between licensees uses METRC track-and-trace.
Testing & safety
Every batch of cannabis product sold under the Boss Dog Buds name is tested by a DCC-licensed laboratory in accordance with California Code of Regulations Title 4, Division 19. Testing covers:
- Cannabinoid potency (THC, CBD, and minor cannabinoids)
- Residual pesticides and solvents
- Heavy metals
- Microbial impurities and mycotoxins
- Foreign material
- Moisture content and water activity
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on request for any batch.
Packaging & labeling
All cannabis products are sold in child-resistant, tamper-evident, resealable packaging. Labels include the universal California cannabis symbol, potency, batch information, and all state-required warnings.
Responsible use warnings
WARNING: Cannabis use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding may be harmful. Cannabis can impair concentration, coordination, and judgment. Do not operate a vehicle or machinery under the influence.
Keep out of reach of children and pets. The intoxicating effects of cannabis products may be delayed by up to two hours.

Marketing to minors
Boss Dog Buds does not market to persons under the age of 21. All marketing and social channels use age-gate verification where required and comply with 4 CCR § 15040.
